Description

Maintain and support enterprise voice and data networks across LAN, wireless, and WAN environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LAN, wireless, and WAN voice and data networks to ensure operational reliability and integrity.
• Provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting for network and telephony issues.
• Install, manage, and maintain hardware including routers, LAN switches, phones, servers, and backup systems.
• Assist with system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
• Manage equipment inventory and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) through to resolution.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Network and Telephony support.
• Hands-on experience with LAN and WAN configurations.
• Proficiency with routers and LAN switches.
• Experience managing telephony hardware and software.
• Knowledge of network management and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with network security configurations and patching.
• Ability to manage hardware inventory and RMAs.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Any Graduate degree.
