Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, focusing on Palo Alto and Meraki environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager and Meraki dashboards for SD-WAN and Prisma Access performance.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across SASE, SD-WAN, and Meraki environments.
• Manage network policies, routing, and QoS settings in Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager.
• Maintain and validate firmware and software updates for Palo Alto and Meraki devices.
• Produce weekly and monthly network health reports for leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager and Prisma Access.
• Proficiency in administering Cisco Meraki dashboards for switches and APs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across WAN, LAN, and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with NAT-T, IPSec tunnels, and cloud-delivered security.
• Knowledge of firmware lifecycle management and upgrade best practices.
• Experience managing network policies and VLAN configuration.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
• ITIL Foundation knowledge.
