Description

You will provide 2nd line end user support across EOC, WOC, and Canada offices, while also supporting global systems and users to maintain established L2 KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line end user support for EOC, WOC, and Canada offices.
• Support other global systems and users, maintaining current L2 KPIs.
• Act as the escalation triage point for technical issues unresolved by the L2 team.
• Transfer unresolved tickets to appropriate resolver groups.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Desktop Management.
• Experience managing Infrastructure Services.
