Description

You will provide second-line end-user support and manage infrastructure services for global offices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line end user support across EOC, WOC, and Canada offices.
• Support global systems and users while maintaining established L2 KPIs.
• Act as the escalation triage point for technical issues unresolved by the L2 team.
• Transfer unresolved tickets to appropriate resolver groups.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in IT support or infrastructure.
• Expertise in Desktop Management.
• Experience managing Infrastructure Services.
