Description

You will manage and maintain server and network infrastructure, focusing on Compute and PowerEdge environments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Isolate and troubleshoot network incidents while managing service request coordination.
• Review log files and participate in root cause analysis reviews to resolve issues.
• Perform incremental host and network configurations beyond initial deployment.
• Generate regular operational reports and manage user requests efficiently.
• Recommend procedure changes to optimize operations and share best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network and server infrastructure management.
• Expertise in Compute and PowerEdge hardware environments.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and incident isolation.
• Experience managing service requests and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to perform host and network configuration tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.
