Description

You will provide Tier 1 network support and maintain LAN and WAN infrastructures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 support requests and connection issues between users and resources.
• Configure, deploy, and test new network hardware and communications infrastructure.
• Monitor network resources for faults, traffic anomalies, and availability.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, architecture diagrams, inventory records, and change histories.
• Support cybersecurity efforts, including threat hunting, mitigation, and security control implementation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching.
• 2+ years of experience with VLAN management and subnetting.
• 2+ years of experience with STP, FHRP, and Multicast.
• 2+ years of experience with Firewall Administration.
• 1+ year of experience with Routing Protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Experience managing LAN, WAN, and Internet systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VPN and Remote Access Technologies.
• Experience with Authentication protocols including Radius and TACACS.
• Experience with Network Monitoring tools.
