Description

You will maintain and support the performance, availability, and security of the campus network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and engineer the campus network to ensure performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for escalated network issues and act as a liaison between desktop support and network engineers.
• Support network segmentation projects and manage Forescout Network Appliance incidents.
• Collaborate with engineers on data center maintenance, including installation, cabling, and labeling of equipment.
• Maintain organized network services documentation and conduct regular audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Proficiency with Cisco Systems Products.
• Experience with Linux Network Administration.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Network Access Control policies and wired/wireless access.
• Experience managing incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assisting physical security and ATM teams with technical escalations for IP cameras and branch kiosks.
• Strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
