Description

You will maintain LAN, wireless, and WAN voice and data networks while providing Level 1 support for network and telephony issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and reliability of LAN, wireless, and WAN voice and data networks.
• Install, manage, and maintain data network and telephony equipment including routers, LAN switches, phones, and servers.
• Troubleshoot network and telephony issues to resolve client hardware and software problems.
• Execute network maintenance tasks including system upgrades, service packs, patches, and security configurations.
• Manage equipment inventory and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) through to resolution.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Network or Telephony support.
• Hands-on experience installing and managing data network and telephony equipment.
• Proficiency with Fluke tools and Wireshark.
• Direct experience with LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Telephony support.
• Experience managing backup systems and network diagnostic tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a medical or healthcare organization.
