Description

You will manage and maintain network infrastructure with a focus on voice and telephony systems.

Responsibilities

• Program and configure telephone systems.
• Troubleshoot voice and telephony hardware and software issues.
• Manage physical cabling requirements and installations.
• Coordinate directly with medical center personnel to resolve connectivity issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of networking experience.
• Strong experience with Cisco hardware and systems.
• Extensive troubleshooting expertise specifically with telephony and voice services.
• Hands-on experience with physical cabling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA.
