Description

You will manage network operational support and serve as the final escalation point for enterprise-level issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the final level of network escalation and support for complex incidents.
• Troubleshoot enterprise routing, switching, and wireless networking environments.
• Support Hub and Spoke Data Centre architectures within a large enterprise setup.
• Maintain network segmentation and ensure proper data flow across campus and data centre areas.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in network operational support.
• Proficiency in dynamic and static routing, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and policies.
• Expertise in switching technologies: STP, VLANs, Trunking, and Encapsulations.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, ILL, and Direct Connects.
• Experience with Dell, HPE, Cisco, and Cisco Nexus hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for LAN segmentation and SD-WAN.
• Degree in any discipline (Any graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireless OEMs such as Aruba, Meru, or Ruckus.
