Description

You will provide daily troubleshooting and technical support for the Facility Automation Systems (FAS) network and associated Operational Technology (OT) subsystems. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage network configurations, upgrades, and security measures for OT systems.
• Collaborate with senior network engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document network changes, configurations, and procedures according to university standards.
• Travel to branch campuses with senior technicians as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT) systems.
• Experience managing network security.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and practices.
• Knowledge of network authentication protocols.
• Hands-on experience with routers and switches.
• Familiarity with wireless network management.
• Valid driver's license required.
