Description

You will manage and upgrade network infrastructure during an overnight shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11 PM–4 AM).

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and repair existing infrastructure, specifically APC UPS 2k and 5K, 120VAC/208VAC Transfer Switches, APC Management Cards, and PDUs.
• Deploy new switches and APC hardware.
• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise Cisco equipment.
• Apply established technical policies and procedures to all network operations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an enterprise networking environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Cisco equipment administration and problem resolution.
• 2+ years of experience using enterprise ticketing systems, network monitoring tools, and packet capture tools.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, spanning tree, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience managing firewall policies.
• Proven ability to follow and apply established technical procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with APC power management hardware and PDUs.
