Description

You will manage network infrastructure, enforce production standards, and ensure audit compliance for state data systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation for hardware and production systems.
• Devise short- and long-range plans for system development and enhancement.
• Enforce production standards and policies in coordination with senior engineering and database teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between IT units to support business objectives.
• Maintain audit compliance for central data systems, user accounts, backups, disaster recovery, and data center security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Network Administrator.
• Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls.
• Proficiency with F5 load balancers.
• Experience managing virtual environments using VMware and Hyper-V.

Preferred Skills

• Background in government or state-level audit compliance.
