Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, server environments, and end-user hardware.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows servers, physical machines, and VMs through daily monitoring and log reviews.
• Manage network equipment including firewalls, switches, and VMware physical hardware.
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, IIS, SSL, and domain registrations.
• Execute system maintenance via OS patching, upgrades, and daily backup administration.
• Support end-users by troubleshooting PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile email configurations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology and network technologies.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP and related network tools.
• Experience managing Active Directory and DNS.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to servers, network equipment, and PCs.
• Hands-on experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting.
• Skill in configuring and administering Windows servers and VMs.
• Experience managing user security, including creating, deleting, and changing permissions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sophos, HP switches, VMware, or O365.
• Working knowledge of Motorola or Datalogic handheld RF devices.
