Description

Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across Juniper and Aruba environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities in line with ITIL processes.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure system availability.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement network changes and support ongoing IT projects.
• Communicate technical updates and issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise or telecom network infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Juniper network technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Aruba network technologies.
• Proficiency with network management tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage incidents.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Networking, or a related field.
