Description

Manage and troubleshoot telecommunications network infrastructure in a call center environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Layer 1 and telecommunications network issues.
• Perform remote maintenance and repair of Cisco network equipment.
• Utilize network management systems and tools to monitor connectivity.
• Manage physical layer and routed technologies within the network.

Required Skills

• 6 years of related technical experience.
• 2 years of telecommunications network troubleshooting experience.
• Proven experience with Layer 1 troubleshooting.
• Experience working within telecommunications call centers.
• CCNA certification or ability to obtain it within 3 months of hire.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco network equipment maintenance and repair.
• Hands-on experience with network management systems and tools.
