Description

You will manage and support all voice and network infrastructure to ensure continuous 24x7 production availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage voice and network infrastructure to meet performance and availability metrics.
• Handle all incident, problem, and change management for voice and network-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to recover from service interruptions and prevent recurring problems.
• Manage third-party relationships with providers like Verizon and AT&T to ensure SLAs are met.
• Coordinate with internal and external technology teams to support operational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN routing and switching.
• Troubleshooting expertise with Cisco and HP Aruba switches.
• Experience managing Enterprise Wireless with Aruba wireless networks.
• Proficiency with load balancers and firewalls.
• Strong understanding of general data network protocols.
• Ability to manage incident and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
