Description

You will manage wired and wireless infrastructure, supporting enterprise voice, video, and data services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain network routers, switches, wireless WAPs, voice PBXs, phones, and voice gateways.
• Manage SNMP network monitoring tools to ensure system health.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to handle outages and coordinate with resources.
• Support enterprise voice, video, and data services.
• Travel occasionally as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with network switching and routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi network setup and management.
• Technical knowledge of Network Routers, Switches, Wireless WAPs, Voice PBXs, and SNMP.
• Experience managing network monitoring tools.
• CCNA certification (does not need to be current).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Enterprise Voice systems.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security procedures, SCADA, and Radio networks.
• Experience with MS Teams and video conferencing.
