Description

Manage and maintain network infrastructure, physical technology installations, and integrated building systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and support network cabling, structured wiring, and physical technology components.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate resolutions with external service providers.
• Maintain IT resources including A/V technology, web-conferencing solutions, and point-of-sale equipment.
• Document complex technical systems, workflows, and procedures with high attention to detail.
• Execute physically active tasks including running cables, mounting equipment, and accessing network closets or mechanical spaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with network infrastructure, access control, surveillance, telecommunications, or building automation.
• Hands-on experience with physical technology installations and structured wiring.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity and coordinating with vendors.
• Knowledge of DNS, NTP, DHCP, Active Directory, and IT industry best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel statewide.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco or Ubiquiti network infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with surveillance hardware including Avigilon, Exacq, or Axis.
• Experience with Software House C•CURE 9000 card access systems.
