You will manage end-to-end application and infrastructure monitoring to ensure environment stability.

Responsibilities

• Administer application and infrastructure monitoring platforms across the total IT environment.
• Configure monitoring tools to track the performance of critical hosts and services.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, SQL, or PowerShell to optimize processes.
• Apply industry-standard monitoring best practices to existing infrastructure.
• Manage complex IT systems within the context of IT service delivery and DevOps workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application and infrastructure monitoring platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as ScienceLogic, DataDog, or LogicMonitor.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or PowerShell for automation and process optimization.
• Practical knowledge of IT service delivery, SDLC, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience managing complex IT systems through engineering and programming concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
