Key Responsibilities

 • Develop and maintain network documentation including diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and configuration records • Create and manage knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions • Generate reports on network performance: latency, uptime, packet loss, bandwidth • Build and maintain KPI dashboards: MTTD, MTTR, incident trends • Analyze network data to identify patterns and recurring issues • Track network health across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments • Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings • Collaborate with teams to ensure reporting accuracy and documentation standards 

Responsibilities

Required Skills 

• 3–6+ years in Network Operations, Analysis, or Support roles • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP • Experience with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments • Proven experience in technical documentation and reporting • Strong skills in Excel or reporting tools (Power BI, Grafana) • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Experience working in remote/global teams Preferred Skills • Experience with Visio or Lucidchart for diagramming • Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools • Certifications such as CCNA or Network
