Description

You will own network operations analysis, documentation, and reporting to ensure infrastructure health and visibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and configuration records.
• Generate reports on network performance metrics such as latency, uptime, packet loss, and bandwidth.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards tracking MTTD, MTTR, and incident trends.
• Analyze network data across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments to identify patterns and recurring issues.
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings for common issues.

Required Skills

• 3–6+ years in Network Operations, Analysis, or Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments.
• Proven experience in technical documentation and reporting.
• Strong skills in Excel or reporting tools like Power BI and Grafana.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working in remote or global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visio or Lucidchart for diagramming.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools.
