Description

You will manage network incidents and administer monitoring tools for global infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage network incidents and tasks using existing monitoring tools.
• Support resolution of issues involving network devices, firewalls, and reporting.
• Administer global network change management, intake, and request queues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal design teams on road mapping and implementing new monitoring tools.
• Escalate major incidents and participate in incident management meetings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Network Analyst.
• CCNP certification.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, including SevOne, ThousandEyes, Netscout, Appneta, or Algosec.
• 3+ years of experience working with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud environments, specifically Azure and Google Cloud.
