Description

You will manage and secure the organization's network and server infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, administer, and maintain Microsoft Windows and Linux servers, including physical hardware, hypervisor hosts, and guests.
• Manage network security components including firewalls, DMZ, intrusion protection, email security, web filtering, and VPNs.
• Administer storage solutions including SAN and NAS, as well as backups and replication processes.
• Maintain routers, switches, enterprise phone systems, and uninterruptible power supplies.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans, maintain system documentation, and coordinate with vendors for complex implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of applicable IT experience, including at least 2 years in an IT help desk role.
• 2+ years of experience installing and maintaining server operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Experience with hypervisor hosts and clients.
• Experience configuring and maintaining next-gen firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Experience administering SAN, NAS, and enterprise phone systems.
• Experience managing backups and replication.
• Experience administering Office365 or M365.
• Experience with Azure or AWS server administration and hybrid cloud storage.
• MCSA, MCSE: Core Infrastructure, Server+, or Linux+ certification; Network+ or equivalent network vendor certification.
• B.S./B.A. degree or technical coursework equivalency.

• Valid driver’s license.
