Description

You will maintain Live Service Monitor performance and ensure system availability across the network.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshoot network issues.
• Execute changes within established configuration and change management policies.
• Assist departments in maintaining network security and adhering to established processes.
• Maintain accurate databases for network components, maintenance activities, connections, and inventory.
• Support the transition of new environments into Live Service.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network Management or Operations Centre within Managed Services, Telecoms, or an ISP.
• Hands-on experience with IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Proven LAN and WAN troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using various trouble-ticketing systems.
• CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent certification.
• ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change management disciplines.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Juniper network devices and Juniper SRX firewalls.
• Experience with encryption technologies.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
