Description

Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, server roles, and computer systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, operating systems, and server roles including Mail, SQL, DNS, and DHCP.
• Secure the network by monitoring switches, routers, and VPN logs, updating router access lists, and managing firewall settings.
• Manage user access by adding or removing accounts and updating security permissions within Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues involving SAP, IceWarp, VPNs, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor system performance and network topology to plan hardware or software upgrades and budget requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience configuring and maintaining UniFi fiber optic and wireless routers.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, specifically configuring network policy server roles and network access protection.
• Hands-on experience with server administration (Mail, SQL, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to monitor and resolve issues within SAP transaction codes and IceWarp mail servers.
• Knowledge of VPN server log analysis and router access list management.
• Experience managing security patches, anti-virus compliance, and firewall settings.
• Skills in troubleshooting hardware, printers, scanners, and telephony connections.
• Ability to interpret server logs to resolve user login and application access issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WAN monitoring software implementation.
