Responsibilities

• Install network hardware and software to meet organizational system needs.
• Perform necessary upgrades and repairs to ensure continuous network operation.
• Maintain network and computer system security protocols.
• Evaluate and optimize network and system performance.
• Manage user access by adding users and updating security permissions.
• Train users on the proper use of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by users or automated monitoring systems.
