Key Skills: ITIL, Palo Alto Firewall, IT Infrastructure, Network Monitoring, SD-WAN Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi infrastructure, including troubleshooting networking equipment.
• Administer Juniper switches (EX series and above) and routers, and HPE switches to ensure reliable operations.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet SD-WAN solutions (WAN and firewall components).
• Administer Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to maintain robust security controls.
• Set up and support alert monitoring and operational runbooks/SOPs; isolate and resolve network issues independently to meet SLAs.

Skills Required:

• 6-12 years of relevant experience in enterprise networking, SD-WAN, WiFi, and network security operations.
• Juniper switches and routers troubleshooting and administration.
• HPE switches administration and operational support.
• Fortinet SD-WAN configuration and maintenance (WAN and firewall).
• Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewall administration with strong security troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• SD-WAN experience beyond Fortinet, WiFi infrastructure support, and familiarity with network monitoring tools.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
