Manage and operate enterprise-grade network and security services in a multi-cultural environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies.
• Manage Application-Layer Firewall policies and remote access services.
• Support enterprise-grade LAN, WAN, and Remote Access Service infrastructures.
• Apply ITIL framework principles to network and security service management.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Network and Security services.
• 5 years supporting enterprise-grade LAN, WAN, and Remote Access Service.
• 1 year implementing and operating SASE technologies.
• 2 years managing Application-Layer Firewall policies.
• CCNA certification.
• First-level university degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Remote Access Service and Application Delivery technologies.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP certification.
• Zscaler certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and O365.
