Description

You will manage the corporation’s LAN, WAN, and internet systems to ensure constant network availability. You will own the full lifecycle of server and desktop support, from installation to disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems.
• Implement operating system installs, application upgrades, and software deployments for Windows-based applications.
• Perform data backups, restores, and disaster recovery operations.
• Coordinate hardware installations and upgrades for network equipment and servers.
• Work with the Security Officer to administer network, system, and user security profiles.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience with Windows server administration (MMC, Server Manager, WMI, PowerShell).
• 1-3 years of experience in desktop, network, hardware, and software support.
• Experience with server virtualization using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Proficiency supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, and Office 365/MS Office products.
• Hands-on experience with LAN and WAN environments.
• Practical knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Ability to manage software licensing, maintenance, and hardware warranties.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Active Directory domains and trusts.
