Description

You will provide technical support and network engineering services using the FootPrints trouble ticket tracking system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical support tickets in accordance with OTSS policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement WAN, LAN, and network layouts and specifications.
  • Configure and maintain firewalls, web filters, and remote support solutions.
  • Deploy and manage devices using MDM technologies like Google Admin Console, Intune for Education, or JAMF.
  • Deliver technical training in classroom settings and manage hardware/software implementation projects.

Required Skills

  • 3 years of experience with Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) tasks, including router connectivity, interface examination, and IP configuration.
  • 3 years of experience in firewall configuration and server/workstation virtualization.
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or MCITP (SA/EA) level administration.
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange (2013+), and Server (2012 R2+) environments.
  • 2 years of experience with Google G Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and MDM technologies.
  • 2 years of experience in WAN/LAN design and wireless/Wi-Fi networking.
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012+) and Mac OS (10.11+).
  • 1 year of experience implementing H.323 protocol video conferencing.
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or SANS).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with team members across multiple geographic locations.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
