Description

You will manage network infrastructure and deliver technical support services in Jackson, MS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical support tickets using FootPrints in accordance with OTSS policies.
• Design and implement WAN, LAN, and network layouts.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, web filters, and remote support solutions.
• Deploy and manage devices via MDM tools such as Google Admin Console, Intune, or JAMF.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of CCNA-level tasks, including router connectivity and IP configuration.
• 3+ years of firewall configuration and server/workstation virtualization.
• 3+ years of MCSE or MCITP (SA/EA) level administration.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange (2013+), and Server (2012 R2+).
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office 365, Google G Suite, and MDM technologies.
• 2+ years of WAN/LAN design and wireless/Wi-Fi networking.
• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL Server (2012+) and Mac OS (10.11+).
• 1+ year of implementing H.323 protocol video conferencing.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or SANS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with team members across multiple geographic locations.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
