Description

You will serve as the primary onsite point of contact for managing complex, interconnected, and air-gapped networks across multiple geographic sites and data centers.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain Cisco and Juniper multi-layer switches, firewalls, routers, and IPS devices.
• Design system configurations, direct installations, and enforce documentation and system standards.
• Support ICD 503 Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF) processes through system patching, hardening, and upgrades.
• Lead local IT projects and direct a small team of administrators on technical tasks.
• Coordinate with IT Security to identify, document, and resolve system vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related networking experience.
• Active US Government Secret Clearance.
• CCNA certification or higher.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper switches, firewalls, and routers.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN and Data Center network infrastructure.
• Experience managing classified and unclassified environments.
• Knowledge of RMF processes and system hardening.
• Skills in VoIP, video administration, and workflow planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with KG-175 family of encryptors.
• Infrastructure, fiber, and cabling systems certifications.
• WAN disciplines, LAN optimization, and firewall rule management.
