Description

Manage complex, interconnected, and air-gapped networks across multiple geographic sites and data centers.

Configure, administer, and maintain Cisco and Juniper multi-layer switches, firewalls, routers, and IPS devices. Design system configurations, direct installations, and enforce documentation and system standards. Support ICD 503 Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF) processes through system patching, hardening, and upgrades. Lead local IT projects and direct a small team of administrators on technical tasks. Coordinate with IT Security to identify, document, and resolve system vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of related networking experience.
• Active US Government Secret Clearance.
• CCNA certification or higher.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper infrastructure.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN and Data Center network infrastructure.
• Experience managing classified and unclassified environments.
• Knowledge of RMF processes and system hardening.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with KG-175 family of encryptors.
• Infrastructure, fiber, and cabling systems certifications.
