Description

You will design, implement, and manage scalable, redundant network architectures and wireless solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, redundant network architectures including IoT and wireless solutions.
• Execute software code upgrades, equipment installations, and hardware replacements across ITS locations.
• Perform in-depth analysis to resolve maintenance issues, incidents, and downtime.
• Author standard operating procedures, network documentation, and service standards for lower-level staff.
• Coordinate change management and test recovery scenarios to ensure network effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network architecture and multivendor platform support.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, and Meraki solutions.
• Proficiency in Routing, Switching, Firewalling, VPN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, Layer 2, 802.1Q, and Layer 3 protocols.
• Expertise in routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
• Experience with VPN, DWDM, and fiber technology (Single mode and Multimode 62.5/50 micron).
• Ability to conduct hardware repairs and equipment replacements on-site.
