Description

You will design, develop, and document integrated hardware and software architectures to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate total system architectures, including subsystems and baseline network structures.
• Build proof of concept environments and replication services for customer-facing labs.
• Perform onsite data center support involving problem management, change management, and new implementations.
• Conduct root cause analysis, outage mitigation, and testing of vendor fixes or design changes.
• Collaborate with the Chief Architect to propose network changes and specific use cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network architecture and system design.
• Hands-on experience with Netbrain for replicating architectures and managing lab environments.
• Experience setting up multiple platforms with overlapping Layer 3 and lab networks.
• Proven ability to manage connectivity within lab and data center environments.
• Proficiency with sniffer and application analysis tools for benchmarking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with equipment installation, turn-up, and remote hands assistance.
• Ability to analyze the pros and cons of centralized versus separate platform architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SD-WAN environments.
• Knowledge of Ansible, specifically regarding Netbrain integrations or vSphere.
