Description

You will own the network architecture and migration strategy for large-scale enterprise transformations, including M&A carve-outs and data center moves.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design target-state LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall, and VPN architectures, including IP addressing, VLANs, routing, and segmentation.
• Develop migration runbooks, cutover methodologies, and rollback plans for weekend cutovers and command-center activities.
• Configure and deploy network infrastructure, implementing VLANs, routing, NAT/PAT, and security policies across multi-vendor environments.
• Lead pilot migrations and validate application access, wireless connectivity, and legacy dependencies before production readiness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Enterprise Network Engineering with 5+ years leading large-scale migration programs.
• Deep expertise in Cisco Switching & Routing, Cisco Wireless/WLC, and Palo Alto or Fortinet Firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN design, VPN technologies, and routing protocols (BGP/OSPF).
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, NAT/PAT, and cloud networking (Azure Networking).
• Proven track record supporting 1,000+ user environments and coordinating cross-functional infrastructure teams.
• Ability to define network segmentation strategies and ensure high availability and resilience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with M&A divestiture carve-out programs and data center/site migrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
