Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the enterprise LAN, wireless, and Cisco ISE architecture roadmap, aligning platform capabilities to business priorities and security posture.
• Define and govern architecture standards, reference designs, and guardrails for campus and enterprise LAN, wireless infrastructure, and identity-based access control.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure wired and wireless access network solutions across corporate and hybrid environments.
• Own Cisco ISE architectural strategy for authentication, authorization, posture assessment, and policy enforcement aligned to Zero Trust principles.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex LAN, wireless, and identity-related incidents with architectural impact, driving continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 20 years of experience designing and governing enterprise-scale LAN, wireless, and identity-based network architectures.
• Enterprise networking architecture experience across LAN and wireless environments.
• Cisco LAN switching expertise, including design and governance of wired access networks.
• Scalable and secure wireless network architecture fundamentals, including RF and capacity/resiliency considerations.
• Identity-based networking concepts and Cisco ISE experience for policy-driven access control.

Good to Have:

• People management experience for technical teams and architecture governance.
• Cisco ISE experience for identity-centric access models and policy enforcement.

Education: Relevant degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
