Description

You will manage network connectivity and execution flows for trading desk clients.

Responsibilities

• Support external client execution flows and manage production releases for CARE, DMA, and Algo workflows on global stock exchanges.
• Execute client onboarding projects, including managing system interfaces, limits, and FIX connections.
• Collaborate with QA teams to perform regression testing and validate new features against client requirements.
• Partner with networking teams to implement firewall changes for new platforms and clients.
• Act as the first point of contact for incident management for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting complex, business-critical enterprise distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of the FIX protocol and ability to analyze FIX log files to resolve session and order workflow issues.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/UDP, NTP, ICMP, and SNMP.
• Proficiency with Unix environments.
• Front office experience, specifically with Futures, Equity Derivatives, or Electronic Trading Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in FIX client onboarding.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Programming interest or experience in Java or C#.
