Description

You will design, implement, and troubleshoot network technology solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in analyzing and designing technology solutions.
• Implement zero trust architectures using security technologies.
• Recommend components for cross-domain solutions and align with architectural roadmaps.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for major P1/P2 incidents following ITIL processes.
• Develop complete test plans, cases, and scripts, and track defects in department tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network architecture.
• Expert-level hands-on design experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Fortinet Firewalls.
• Expert-level knowledge of Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
• Hands-on experience implementing zero trust concepts.
• Expert-level knowledge in implementing PCI4.0.
• Ability to provide 3rd-level support for area of responsibility issues.
• Experience documenting procedures and managing project artifacts.
