Lead network design, implementation, and performance optimization for secure and resilient connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead network design, implementation, and performance optimization.
• Manage troubleshooting, support, and physical installation of network and security devices.
• Conduct discovery and design workshops; lead network assessment projects and provide engineering oversight.
• Mentor junior staff and communicate technical strategies, escalations, and project status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of network and security implementation or management experience.
• Deep understanding of network routing and switching protocols.
• Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone protocols including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with next-generation firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet).
• Familiarity with cloud network and security architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or PCNSE.
