Lead network architecture, migration, and engineering for global distributed infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, optimization, and migration from legacy Cisco systems to Aruba platforms.
• Design and implement scalable network architectures for sites, data centers, WAN regions, and hybrid/multi-cloud setups using Aruba Central, ClearPass NAC, and SD-WAN.
• Drive decoupling from Cisco while ensuring Zero Trust, redundancy, and automation alignment.
• Manage multiple global sites and lead a team of Network Engineers.
• Collaborate with platform engineering leaders on cloud/on-prem solutions meeting business SLAs.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in network architecture and engineering.
• Deep expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, and Zero Trust frameworks.
• Proven experience leading Cisco to Aruba migrations, including NAC, wireless, and switching transitions.
• Strong background in On-Prem to Cloud Connectivity, including VPNs, Express Routes, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with policy-based connectivity, micro-segmentation, and identity-aware routing.
• Familiarity with LCM, Vendor Management, and IPAM.

Preferred Skills

• Thought leadership in network domain strategy and multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with API-driven observability tools.
