Description

You will design and manage complex network infrastructures with a focus on security and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks across server, end-user computing, and cybersecurity postures.
• Develop logical and physical network topologies that address redundancy and security requirements.
• Design, deploy, and configure Palo Alto Networks firewalls to secure perimeters and enforce policies.
• Implement security measures including VPNs, access control mechanisms, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Mentor network engineers and maintain detailed documentation of architecture and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in network architecture and engineering.
• Expertise in designing and implementing complex network solutions.
• Extensive experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, and HTTPS.
• Proficiency with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Strong knowledge of network security best practices and threat mitigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with capacity planning and performance monitoring to accommodate growth.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues in real-time.
