Description

You will design and implement core network infrastructure to support market access and trading environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new network infrastructure based on requirements from production architecture groups.
• Recommend infrastructure projects by analyzing monitoring data and hardware lifecycle needs.
• Troubleshoot complex, cross-platform issues in collaboration with system support teams.
• Provide 3rd level support for corporate LAN, MAN, WAN, and WIFI infrastructure.
• Enforce strict adherence to local and global technology standards.

Required Skills

• 18 to 20 years of experience in Core Network environments.
• Extensive experience with Cisco ISR and ASR routing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper EX switches.
• Proficiency with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IP Multicast, PIM, IGMP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Technical expertise in TCP/IP fundamentals, Metro Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, DWDM, and TDM.
• Experience with optical systems, specifically ADVA supporting 10G, 40G, 100G, and FC.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Micro Focus, HP Network Automation, Zabbix, or Solarwinds.
