Design and model long-term OT network architectures to ensure 24x7 operational reliability and regulatory compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, modeling, and long-term planning of OT network components, including core, distribution, and edge devices for systems like CCTV, PA, CBTC, and power.
• Provide specialized technical guidance to operations teams on OT projects and identify solutions for cybersecurity and operational continuity.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate OT and IT systems while maintaining strict segmentation and security protocols.
• Develop and maintain network standards, patterns, and modeling reference documentation using enterprise architecture tools.
• Drive legacy system modernization and capture maintenance information to deliver extensible, resilient solutions with strong ROI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in OT network design, administration, and long-term planning.
• Advanced knowledge of network virtualization, wireless networking, and segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools (e.g., Abacus) for scenario planning and impact analysis.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles applied to OT environments.
• Proven ability to integrate wireless and wired OT networks for seamless operational coverage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting network strategies and modernization concepts to management.
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with Networking, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Procurement teams.
