Description

Lead the migration from Cisco Viptela SD-WAN to Cisco Meraki SD-WAN/SASE, owning the design, execution, and optimization of the transition.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the migration from Cisco Viptela SD-WAN to Cisco Meraki SD-WAN/SASE.
• Configure and manage Meraki SD-WAN devices to ensure security and performance standards.
• Conduct network assessments and audits to optimize migration strategies and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, configurations, and migration documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers on Meraki SD-WAN technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on SD-WAN.
• Proven experience with Cisco Meraki SD-WAN/SASE and Cisco Viptela SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki Switches and Mist Wireless.
• Technical proficiency with Zscaler.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Solid grasp of network security principles and practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP, CCIE, or Meraki certifications.
