Description

Design and optimize network infrastructure and security strategies for on-premises and Azure environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network topology and security strategies to produce detailed deficiency reports.
• Develop enhanced security strategies for on-premises and Azure network environments.
• Present technical recommendations regarding network security, scalability, and resiliency.
• Create detailed implementation plans and technical documentation for proposed designs.
• Assess SD-WAN feasibility, including cost assessments and implementation roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience in infrastructure and network environments.
• Expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting routing and switching.
• Proficiency in configuring and administering Next Generation Firewalls.
• Strong skills in network planning, architecture design, and hardware/software engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireless infrastructure design, management, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and Azure networking hardening.
• Experience with Palo Alto hardware, remote access solutions, and hybrid/cloud VoIP architecture.
