Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design resilient MPLS-based datacom architectures for large-scale service provider or enterprise networks.
• Develop routing and traffic-engineering designs using MPLS, Fast Reroute and OSPF.
• Evaluate network capacity, resiliency and failure-recovery requirements across core and edge domains.
• Produce high-level and low-level network designs, technical specifications and architecture recommendations.
• Lead complex network troubleshooting and provide technical direction during implementation and incident resolution.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of relevant networking experience, including significant MPLS and datacom architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with MPLS, Fast Reroute and MPLS Traffic Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of OSPF and resilient IP network architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available datacom or service provider networks.
• Ability to define routing, resiliency, integration and operational requirements for network deployments.

Good to Have:

• Experience with IS-IS, BGP, Ethernet, IP, VPN, SR-MPLS or SRv6.
• Exposure to Wireshark, SolarWinds, SDN, network automation, Python, Ansible, NETCONF, RESTCONF, YANG or Kubernetes.

Education:

• B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related discipline
