Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in network architecture and design.
• Active Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or CCDE).
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Deep understanding of IT security protocols and industry standards.
• Proven experience in network capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
