Description

Design and manage customer-facing network infrastructure. This role owns the implementation of scalable architectures and provides direct engineering support.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is included.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable network architectures.
• Manage and maintain Cisco routers and switches.
• Configure and secure ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, or Palo Alto Networks appliances.
• Provide direct technical support and engineering services to customers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with ASA/Firepower, Fortinet, or Palo Alto Networks security appliances.
• 3+ years of support engineering or customer-facing experience.
• CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• 4-year technical degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in network design.
